Development programs are supported through all phases,  including concept design, prototype development, and product testing. When needed, design staff can visit your site to better respond to your evolving program needs.

Electrical and Mechanical Design Support

PTI offers electrical and mechanical design support. For electrical projects we have design, PCB layout, and simulation capabilities. For mechanical projects, multiple CAD platforms can be used to develop 3D models for up-front analysis. Engineering simulation such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is used to predict how the concept designs will perform before parts are built. When a concept direction is confirmed, prototype parts are available in various options, ranging from rapid prototype methods for physical fit checks to production representative parts for testing.
